Business Process Management unfolds its greatest value if deployed as a management discipline, linking an organization’s business strategy to operational execution. This does not mean that all BPM capabilities have to be implemented at once but a clear process agenda should be in place.

During this presentation, Ronan will discuss how Alouette Cheese USA is using business process management on their journey of profitable growth, and how BPM deliverables are leveraged.

The point to be made is that BPM is a topic involving all levels of an organization, from the C-Suite to operational departments.
