Workforce Return to Office
Governments across the globe are beginning to live, or explore the next steps, for their “safer-at-home” orders and ease people into a “new normal” in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, employees will “soon” be heading back to their workplaces.
Organizations will need a safe, fast and effective way to reintegrate the workforce back to their workplaces to regain productivity, meet regulatory compliance, etc. all while continue to protect employees and community.
This is particularly challenging for global organizations due to the unique, ever changing rules and regulations in the geographies in which they operate. Additionally, they will need process to ensure employee safety and adjusted work environments - maybe even splitting office time - to reduce/eliminate the legal liability of the organization.
Here are some key areas to discuss as your organization considers your employee return to workplace:
-
Intelligent return-to-work certification - needed for each employee on a specific, periodic basis
-
Support a phased return to work - via business processes, rules, tasks, etc.
-
Incident management and responses - needed to highlight potential incidents and organizational response
-
Workplace adjustments - physical, screening, safety, controls, etc.
-
Privacy - the employee privacy is most critical here from a Human Resources perspective.
-
Addressing CHRO (Chief Human Resource Officer) and General Counsel concerns.
Join us in this panel discussion to understand how organizations, business process management vendors, academia and others are looking to address this critical need utilizing BPM, and how they see BPM evolving in the New Normal.
